“Toronto Raptors Announce 2026-27 NBA Schedule”

Date:

The Toronto Raptors are set to kick off the upcoming NBA season at their home court, marking the 14th time in the last 15 years. The NBA unveiled the complete schedule for the 2026-27 season, revealing that the Raptors will commence their campaign on October 21st against the Chicago Bulls at Scotiabank Arena. Following their home opener, the Raptors will hit the road for their first away game in Washington two days later.

Among the notable matchups at home are consecutive games against the reigning champions, the New York Knicks, on November 15th and 17th, as well as a showdown with Victor Wembanyama’s San Antonio Spurs on December 10th and Canadian standout Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and the Oklahoma City Thunder on March 10th. January is poised to be the busiest month for the Raptors with a total of 17 games, including a six-game stretch at home. Additionally, the team is scheduled to play 15 back-to-back games this season, seven of which won’t require travel.

The NBA has released details for 80 of Toronto’s 82 games, with two matches yet to be arranged following the conclusion of the in-season NBA Cup tournament’s group stage. Despite their consistent presence in recent years, the Raptors will not be part of the NBA’s prestigious Christmas Day lineup once again. The last time the Raptors played on December 25th was in 2019 when they were the defending NBA champions.
