Thousands of students will be receiving their A-level results today, and regardless of the outcome, there are numerous freebies up for grabs. To claim these offers, students typically need to present their results paper along with their student ID. Most deals are applicable for dine-in or takeaway orders, excluding third-party delivery services. It’s advisable to confirm with the restaurant if they are still honoring A-level results promotions before placing an order.
Today marks the release of A-level and AS results for students in England, Wales, and Northern Ireland, while GCSE results are scheduled for August 21st. Last year, 27.8% of UK A-level entries achieved A or A* grades, a slight increase from 27.2% in 2023. In contrast, Scotland follows a different qualification system, with students having received their results last week.
Apart from academic results, thousands of students will also be obtaining vocational technical qualifications (VTQs) this month. Level 3 VTQ results, such as BTecs, will be disclosed on or before August 14, with Level 2 VTQ outcomes expected by August 21.
