“Landlord, 79, Defends Home from Naked Intruder”

Date:

An elderly landlord reportedly shot and killed a naked intruder who had broken into his residence, injuring the intruder by body-slamming him onto concrete. The 79-year-old landlord, a military veteran, managed to defend himself when the nude intruder entered a residential complex on Tujunga Avenue in Los Angeles, United States. Witnesses observed the intruder lifting the elderly man and slamming him onto the concrete driveway, prompting the landlord to fire multiple shots in self-defense.

According to Captain Warner Castillo of the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD), the witnesses recounted how the intruder aggressively attacked the landlord, leading to the shooting in self-defense. The elderly man, described by locals as a kind and friendly individual, was hospitalized after the incident, and his current condition is undisclosed.

Fortunately, the two women who raised the alarm were unharmed. One witness recalled hearing the disturbance and mistaking it for a potential house fire upon seeing the naked intruder. The witness also mentioned hearing gunshots during the altercation.

CCTV footage captured the intruder wandering the neighborhood before the incident. A video from a local’s Ring doorbell showed the intruder approaching a residential property and grabbing a sign before proceeding down the street. Another witness stated that the intruder attempted to enter the property through an open gate.
