Kim Kardashian recently shared updates with her fans regarding her pursuit of passing the bar exam, following criticism of her new lawyer show. Despite her recent focus on acting, Kim emphasized her commitment to achieving her goal of becoming a lawyer.

The 45-year-old reality TV star, known for her role as lawyer Allura Grant in Ryan Murphy’s show, disclosed that she did not succeed in the California Bar Exam, the final phase in her journey to becoming an attorney. Addressing her followers on Instagram Stories, Kim expressed her determination to continue her efforts, stating, “I’m not a lawyer yet, I just portray one on TV.”

Having engaged in a six-year law journey, Kim affirmed her unwavering dedication to passing the bar exam without taking shortcuts or giving up. She acknowledged the support she has received from her well-wishers and highlighted that setbacks only serve as motivation for her to persevere.

Kim’s path to becoming a lawyer included a four-year apprenticeship at a San Francisco law firm, during which she took the baby bar exam three times before successfully passing it in 2021. Additionally, she reportedly cleared the Multistate Professional Responsibility Exam (MPRE) in March, indicating progress in her legal studies.

Ahead of receiving her exam results, Kim chose to be transparent with her followers by sharing the outcome prior to its public announcement. A source close to Kim revealed that she values honesty and wanted her fans to be informed about her journey toward becoming a lawyer.

During an appearance on The Graham Norton Show, Kim expressed her aspirations of transitioning from her celebrity persona to a trial lawyer in the future, inspired by her late father, Robert Kardashian, who was a renowned lawyer. Emphasizing her desire for personal growth and exploration, Kim indicated her openness to evolving in various directions.

Kim’s admission of failing the bar exam and her remarks about avoiding shortcuts reflect her commitment to genuine efforts in her legal pursuits. She recounted using ineffective study methods, such as relying on ChatGPT for legal advice, which resulted in failed tests, leading her to reconsider her approach to studying.

The ongoing narrative of Kim Kardashian’s journey towards becoming a lawyer showcases her resilience, determination, and willingness to learn from challenges, resonating with her followers as she navigates the complexities of the legal profession.
