Tubi App on Fire TV Stick Offers 40,000 Free Movies and Shows

Looking for fresh entertainment without breaking the bank on premium streaming services like Netflix, Prime Video, or Disney+? Consider downloading the Tubi app on your Fire TV Stick. Tubi, which debuted in the UK last year, provides free streaming options.

Recently, the platform announced a significant expansion of its content library. Users now have access to over 40,000 movies and shows for free, double the amount available when Tubi launched in 2024.

Starting this month, viewers can enjoy content from major studios like AMC Networks, Lionsgate, and Sony Pictures Entertainment. These partnerships bring popular titles to Tubi, such as Ghostbusters (2016), District 9, Elysium, and more, with additional content on the way.

Ross Appleton, Tubi’s General Manager for the UK, highlighted the app’s growth, stating, “Since launching in the UK, Tubi has doubled its library size, becoming the largest collection of free movies and TV series in the country.” He emphasized Tubi’s commitment to offering diverse content choices and personalized viewing experiences at no cost.

In addition to Fire TV Sticks, the Tubi app is compatible with Apple TV, most smart TVs, and smartphones. Users can also access Tubi through web browsers, featuring a robust search function to tailor content recommendations based on preferences.

While Tubi may not feature the latest blockbusters, its extensive collection of free content provides ample viewing options for audiences.
