“Woman Charged with Gruesome Murder and Baby Theft”

Date:

A couple arrived at a local hospital with a newborn baby, claiming the child was born at home. However, medical staff noticed inconsistencies and determined the woman had not given birth as she claimed. Subsequent tests confirmed this suspicion. The woman, Nataly Helen Martins Pereira, and her husband, Christian Albino Cebalho de Arruda, were arrested after a gruesome crime was uncovered.

Nataly confessed to the murder of a 16-year-old pregnant girl, Emelly Beatriz Azevedo Sena. The victim’s body was found buried in a shallow grave in the garden of Nataly’s brother’s home. Emelly had been brutally murdered, with her unborn baby forcibly removed from her womb. The crime involved asphyxiation, forced labor, and other horrific acts.

Nataly’s husband claimed he was unaware of the murder and believed his wife had given birth. Authorities revealed that Nataly lured Emelly to her house under false pretenses. Nataly is awaiting trial, facing multiple charges including femicide, newborn subtraction, and concealment of a corpse.

Nataly’s defense has requested a mental health examination, citing her physical and mental health conditions. However, the prosecution argues that there is no evidence to suggest she was mentally impaired during the crime. Emelly’s baby, who survived the ordeal, is now under the care of her family.

The tragic incident has left Emelly’s family devastated, with her mother expressing profound loss and grief. They are struggling to come to terms with the heinous crime that took the life of their beloved daughter and the traumatic experience she endured.
