Andrew Mountbatten Windsor is said to be spending his final weeks at the Royal Lodge engaging in solitary rants. Reports suggest that Andrew and his former wife Sarah Ferguson reside in separate wings of the luxurious 30-room estate in Windsor, only coming together for meals to discuss their uncertain futures. The former Duke of York’s troubles escalated when he was discovered to have communicated with Jeffrey Epstein after claiming to have severed ties with him.
Despite vehemently refuting any accusations against him, Andrew, aged 65, is allegedly seen talking to himself while wandering the vast property, pondering his next moves post his titles being revoked by his sibling, King Charles.
Concerns about their safety stemming from their prior association with Epstein have left Andrew and Fergie spending ample time in seclusion. Described as isolated, Andrew seldom ventures out, often pacing around the lodge muttering to himself. Meanwhile, Fergie leans on loyal staff for companionship, requesting their presence late into the evening at the Lodge. Their separate living arrangements persist, with Fergie reportedly in a state of distress about the future.
The couple is observed leading distinct lives within the residence, converging for meals where they engage in intense discussions about their respective paths forward. Sarah, in particular, is described as anxious about what lies ahead and is grappling with her current situation.
Adding to Andrew’s challenges, he faces demands from the United States to testify before Congress regarding his relationship with Epstein. Robert Garcia, a prominent Democrat on the House Oversight Committee, and 13 other Democrats have urged Andrew to participate in a recorded interview as part of an ongoing investigation into Epstein’s illicit activities. A response has been requested by November 20.
