This new service, designed to provide round-the-clock assistance, is now available nationwide. Smart Support automatically monitors broadband performance, offering immediate aid to users facing speed or connectivity issues. It aims to prevent disruptions during online activities, such as streaming or remote work, by providing prompt solutions. Additionally, Virgin Media can remotely address problems overnight to avoid daytime disturbances. If necessary, customers may receive recommendations for WiFi Pod or Hub upgrades, with the option to schedule a free engineer visit for more severe issues. Gareth Lister, Director of Connectivity at Virgin Media O2, highlighted the importance of reliable connectivity and the role Smart Support plays in ensuring uninterrupted service for customers.
