The security patch addresses over 11 issues on these popular devices. One of the vulnerabilities, rated as ‘critical’ by Samsung, allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code through a specific component.

Samsung has listed the models that receive monthly updates, advising users to check for the update in their system settings. To install the software update, users can navigate to Settings, select Software update, and then proceed with the Download and install option. It is recommended to ensure that the device has sufficient battery charge before initiating the update process.
