“Samsung Unveils Galaxy S26 Trio with Privacy Display”

Date:

Samsung has unveiled a trio of new Galaxy S26 smartphones, with the standout feature being the Privacy Display on the S26 Ultra. This innovative feature ensures that content on the screen disappears when not viewed directly, enhancing privacy by preventing others from seeing the display.

The Galaxy S26 Ultra boasts a sleek design, faster performance, and the groundbreaking Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 Mobile Platform from Qualcomm. Additionally, it offers rapid charging capabilities, reaching 75% battery in just 30 minutes. The device also features an improved quad rear camera for enhanced night photography and upgraded Super Steady video capture.

Included with the S26 Ultra is an S Pen for convenient note-taking on its 6.9-inch AMOLED screen. Alongside the Ultra model, there are the standard S26 with a 6.3-inch screen and the larger 6.7-inch Plus version, both powered by Samsung’s Exynos chip and equipped with triple-lens rear cameras.

Samsung has enhanced the smart features of its new smartphones with a Galaxy AI upgrade, introducing features like Now Nudge for seamless user experience. The device can suggest relevant photos from the Gallery for specific requests and check for calendar conflicts related to meeting invitations. Google Gemini integration further enhances web searching capabilities.

While these updates offer improved functionality, they come with a higher price tag this year. The UK pricing for the Galaxy S26 range is as follows:

– S26: 256GB £879, 512GB £1,049
– S26 Plus: 256GB £1,099, 512GB £1,269
– S26 Ultra: 256GB £1,279, 512GB £1,449, 1TB (with 16GB RAM) £1,699

All models are set to hit stores next month, offering consumers a range of options with advanced features and enhanced privacy protection.
