In a defiant message on her Instagram Stories, the mother of five criticized those seeking her help from the past, stating, “It’s amusing. People from my past reach out for assistance, but what they truly desire is both my help and control.”
Although not directly naming anyone, Katie continued by saying, “Then when they fail to gain control, the old drama resurfaces. It used to be effective.” She concluded her message with the hashtag saintsandsinners.
Meanwhile, Katie also voiced her disapproval of Myleene Klass receiving an MBE in the King’s honours list for her contributions to women’s health, including raising awareness about miscarriage care. Katie questioned the decision, calling the industry corrupt and criticizing the similarity among managers and award recipients.
On a positive note, Katie received praise from her friend Michelle Heaton for assisting her in overcoming addiction struggles. Michelle, a mother of two, credited Katie for supporting her journey to sobriety after years of battling alcohol addiction, which almost claimed her life in 2021.
Michelle shared that she used to consume two bottles of wine and a bottle of vodka daily before being hospitalized, emphasizing Katie’s role in her recovery process. Michelle recounted a pivotal moment with Katie that led to her decision to stop drinking.
