Renowned chef James Martin recently shared a heartfelt message with his audience through a new video after feeling disheartened by the outcome of this year’s National Television Awards. His show, Saturday Morning on ITV, was nominated in the Daytime category at the event held on September 10 at The O2 Arena in London. Despite making it to the final shortlist alongside other programs like This Morning, Loose Women, and Scam Interceptors, This Morning clinched the award.
In the video, James expressed his gratitude to everyone who voted at the NTAs and congratulated This Morning on their win. He appeared busy at work in a kitchen, donning a striped apron and mentioning his return to the daily grind. Supporters flooded his social media post with encouraging comments, with many expressing confidence in his future success.
Attending the National Television Awards with his girlfriend Kim Johnson, James made a striking appearance on the red carpet. Following his split from long-time girlfriend Louise Davies in 2023, James found love with Kim, a personal trainer who was previously married to Arun Nayar, Elizabeth Hurley’s former husband, until their separation in 2017.
