“Victims Demand Removal of UK Ambassador Over Epstein Ties”

Date:

Victims of Jeffrey Epstein are now calling for the removal of Lord Peter Mandelson as the UK ambassador following revelations of his close association with the convicted sex offender. Newly released government files unveiled Mandelson’s deep ties to Epstein, with accusations that he referred to the billionaire as his “best pal” and was depicted in intimate settings alongside him in a collection of materials, including Epstein’s infamous “birthday book” curated by Ghislaine Maxwell in 2003.

The documents showcase Mandelson’s extensive tribute to Epstein spanning ten pages, featuring handwritten notes praising the time spent in Epstein’s luxurious residences. Mandelson’s message reflects admiration for Epstein’s mysterious persona and the anticipation of his presence. The tribute culminates with the expression of affection, stating, “We love you.”

The British ambassador in Washington at the time lauded Epstein as an “intelligent, sharp-witted man” and recounted how Epstein unexpectedly entered his life.

Other entries in the book depict Mandelson’s encounters with Epstein, highlighting moments of surprise and departure, along with references to Epstein’s lavish homes and social circle. Mandelson’s praised Epstein’s friendship and expressed best wishes, sentiments that have sparked indignation among Epstein’s victims, urging the UK Government to revoke Mandelson’s diplomatic position.

Epstein’s survivors condemned Mandelson’s association with the sex offender, labeling his remarks as offensive. They demand Mandelson’s recall, emphasizing that his ties to Epstein compromise his role as a representative of Britain in the US.

A past report by JP Morgan revealed Mandelson’s stay at Epstein’s New York residence in 2009 while Epstein was serving a prison sentence. The report cited correspondence between Mandelson and Epstein, raising concerns about their interactions during sensitive periods.

Allegations from Channel 4’s Dispatches suggest Mandelson sought Epstein’s help in arranging meetings with influential figures, drawing attention to their continued engagement despite Epstein’s criminal history. The release of the full content of the letter involving Mandelson and Epstein has fueled public outrage, calling into question Mandelson’s judgment and credibility.

The disturbing details from Epstein’s past, coupled with Maxwell’s involvement in facilitating his crimes, further intensify the scrutiny surrounding Mandelson’s connection to the scandal. Efforts to seek clarity from the Foreign and Commonwealth Office resulted in references to Mandelson’s regret over his association with Epstein.
